Today was a NSD. I can't tell you the last time I had a NSD during the week.

Today is the last I am officially in my 30's. I turn 40 tomorrow. I don't feel all that different.

Birthday greetings for tomorrow. What a terrific opportunity to use this milestone to accomplish several of your goals. You can leave junk foods and poor eating habits behind to support a healthy future. Stopping smoking will make a huge difference in health, breathing and dare I say it...keep your clothes from smelling of smoke. [people who smoke rarely realize that their clothes smell]. Focus on how much money is not being burned up ...in smoke. If you're tempted to buy cigarettes, just stand outside and burn $ 5. bills.

Stick to WW and their support, they want you to succeed as do your followers on this blog. As you put face cream on, watch for those tiny lines which disappear. Plastic surgeons have noted that smoking causes facial lines that have enhanced their business
