We just discovered that our work email isn't working. I called the hosting company and they are aware and are working on it. I wondered why I hadn't received any response to my emails this morning.
I guess since my email is down I will work on my budget for December. Been putting it off because of Christmas. I am not planning on spending much this year.
I am going to try to get out of the grocery store on Friday for $50. I think it can be done. I have $100 budgeted but really need to stay under that since I am short for the next two weeks by about $20.

We've scaled back on spending in groceries (really our only category to work with this period). We had French toast for dinner last night. The kids took Spaghettio's in the thermos (cheaper than lunch meat). Peanut butter and apple slices is the after school snack. It was chocolate and vanilla pudding for movie night snacks. Frozen waffles (homemade) for breakfast rather than cereal. Tuna for DH's lunch. Also black beans and rice for the grown-up dinners, and we're finishing up the small amounts of left-over frozen convenience food (tater tots, pizza rolls, and chicken nuggets). Next week is going to be lean, also!!
