I have had to make some major changes to my budget due to the renters not paying rent. I don't know what I am going to do the first of the month. My mom told me that she thought I did the right thing by giving the renters more time since it is Christmas and all. I hope she still feels that way when I have to hit her up for money on the first of the month.
Have to take my daughter Christmas shopping tonight plus pick up some groceries for my mom. Probably won't get home until after nine. So much for a relaxing evening.

Does the property net the yearly profit that makes it worth all this stress?

I've enjoyed reading your blog, starting from the beginning. I do have one observation/comment for you concerning your properties. It seems that you were doing really well until you moved into your new property but because of renters that are incapable of fulfilling their obligations, you're put in a tight spot over and over. Have you thought of putting your rental property (or even your main property) on the market and trying to sell in order to alleviate this stress for you and get back to making the kind of progress you were before the move?
