Lower Prescription Cost

December 8th, 2011 at 06:45 pm

I budget $132 each month for my prescriptions. When I went to the pharmacy on the first this month, my cost had gone down. One of the items is now available in generic. YIPPEE!! Now it costs $87 for all of my prescriptions. After the first of the year I will probably take the difference and put it in my emergency fund. Can't do that right now because I need every extra dollar for Christmas.

That is terrific! When a drug hits generic stage is leads to some great savings, and it can offer some insurance of a good drop in the pharmaceuticals bill. That's around a 33% drop from one medication! Fantastic. Smile Jerry
