I am Still Here

I haven't posted in a while but I am still here. There just hasn't been that much to post. Financially my budget is looking pretty good.

I skipped going to the grocery store two paydays ago. We lived off of what we had. So this time when I went to the grocery store I spent $100 more than I had budgeted. Lesson learned is that I will spend the money either by going each payday or if I skip I will pay it the next time I go to the store, so either way I will pay it.

I sent the renters a certified letter yesterday demanding payment of the rent by next Friday. I have sent them several text messages and they aren't answering me. Let's see if they respond to the letter. I sure hope they do because I really don't want to have to file eviction papers. Seems like a really big hassle.

    I noticed you were missing. Welcome back!

    Filing eviction papers sounds like a better alternative than paying the mortgage yourself every month. Do you think you could sell your property as is? Talking to a realtor would be free!

    Glad to see your post. Do you thinnk that the renters are looking around for another place , right now? Just a thought. Since they are ignoring your texts, I was thinking they may move out before they formally grt evicted? { Just a thought.} I would be prepared to follow up w/ an evictioin just in case. The fact that they ignore you, is a bad sign, IMO. They are rude , and taking advantage of yor kindness. If you do have to evict, don't feel bad.. You have been extremely patient w/ them.. Good luck...
