Update on the Renters

The renters came up with the money yesterday. They gave me $400 and will have the rest plus the power bill today. I was concerned when I hadn't heard from them on Saturday. But I am relieved that they were able to come up with the rent money.

    Good for you - that's a relief. I hope they come through with the balance and save you from starting the eviction process.

    I love how they just string you along from day to day. I would be frustrated that they didn't have the full amount.
