Today is pay day. Unfortunately I am already broke! That is okay. I don't mind because it means that I am paying stuff.
I called the renters today to see if they had the money for the power bill that was due yesterday. They said they are working on it. That makes me nervous for the rent payment. I hope that they give me something. I hate to have to go through the courts to evict them.
