Quiet Weekend

November 11th, 2012 at 03:39 pm

Yesterday was a NSD. Only left the house to go to my mom's for a little while. Then had to stop by my sisters to fix her computer. I sent DD up to do that. Somehow her screen had turned upside down. Don't know what that is even a setting, but it is.

Been watching football all day. The Falcons finally lost a game. Bummer. But they will probably make the playoffs with their record.

Today we had to get shampoo, soap, and hot choclate at the grocery store.

I weighed in this morning for myfitnesspal. I have lost 11 pounds since I was last on the site. I have one dr pepper left in the fridge and then I will be all in.

Oh-the upside down screen happened to me at work once..ok well twice..we lock our computers with CTRL-ALT-DEL and somehow i pressed CTRL-ALT-and then an arrow key- well i was pretty sure i had broekn my monitor and proceeded to try to tip it upside down to view it- fortunately a coworker noticed and fixed it...

My students have done that a few times with our computer lab computers too. It is funny to see the looks on their faces. Smile

Just the facts maam...Does Dr. P's 250 calories per serving of fructose, corn syrup, caffine, phosphoric acid, sodium benzoate have special meaning? It takes 50 minutes of brisk walking, 38 minutes of bike riding to use up those calories.

What other beverages would you be willing to substitute? Sparkling water plus ???

We are now 1/3 of the way through November.

Instead of waiting until the end of the month to tally up and review your spending, how about doing a quick review today so there are no surprises?

Since November 1st, how much have you spent on dining out?

We've had students do that at school too. Fortunately someone usually remembers what to do to get the monitor back.

I have never heard of that! Congrat's on the weight loss...keep it up!

Oh, an 8-1 start will lead the Falcons into the playoffs all right... the question is what they will do when they get there! They have the tools, but they need some insurance of a nice long run to help Ryan get that kind of postseason confidence. I will be pulling for Atlanta unless they meet the Patriots in the Super Bowl! Smile Jerry

11 pounds lost since you were on my fitness pal means you did a great job with weight watchers! I bet you can do it again on MFP!
