Cancelled Weight Watchers

I decided to cancel my weight watchers subscription. I decided I couldn't afford it anymore. Then when I went to the site to cancel it I found out that they are offering it for $18.95 a month. I was paying $42.95 a month. So for a total of $65 I can pay the sign up fee and three months. Then it becomes $18.95 a month. I might consider signing up for that. Right now my motivation is not where it should be so I am not doing anything right now.

    Another option would be www.sparkpeople.com

    It's exactly like WeightWatchers online, and best of all, it's free!

    Remember myfitnesspal.com is free too! I just started back on there. I've gained at least 15 pounds during our recent move. Apparently I stress eat and don't do good without a gym membership. Smile Sounds like a good financial move on your part for now.

    I highly recommend myfitnesspal there is a ton of motivation and there and it will help you reach out goals. Best part it is free. I have found more user friendly than sparkpeople

    I loved SparkPeople. It was free and there was a lot of support. If you have a smartphone, there is an app called My Net Diary Pro. I think it was $2.99, but you can link it online and you can scan barcodes to add food.
