New iPad for me

My boss gave me my Christmas present today. It was an iPad. I am thrilled. Have been on it all night. It is way cool.

Renters don't have rent money yet. He has been out of work due to the weather. They did make a partial payment. I aM going to have to rework my budget. Hopefully things will get better soon.

    Too bad the renters are not holding up their end of the contract. That would be a better gift. Smile
