Prescription Savings!

I just switched my prescriptions to the online service my health insurance offers. Right now I pay $30 a month and every other month there is an additional $35. The service will send me a 90 day supply of my monthly medications for $28.84!! That doesn't include the $35 prescription every other month, but if I can get that changed to the generic, I could save money there too! That is huge savings! I am exxcited that I found this avenue to save money!

    Just make sure the perscription that is generic is truly generic and not something "similar". I tried that with what my insurance called a generic perscription and ended up in a great deal of pain.

    Glad that you can save on your prescriptions.. I enjoy reading your blog... How are things going with your Husband, and the situation you mentioned? This may be awkward but, does he contribute regularly to the House, etc? if so , why not? sorry if this seems unkind... It must be hard if he doesn't, or can't. I don't know how you manage, & you seem so patient. I couldn't be that patient.. I would be telling my husband he must contribute , or ther's the door. Too black and white. Ihope things are better for you. ,and your kids. plseupdate?

    Joni...thanks for the kind words. I am a very patient person and just not sure where to draw the line...you know, better or worse. Most of the financial things that happen to him are his fault, by his lack of attention. But I still would feel bad about turning my back on him. He does contribute, although not regulary. I also felt like my daughter would not forgive me if I asked him to leave. But I don't think that anymore because of an incident this weekend. Just taking it one day at a time.
